For the European Heritage Days, Panette Collection is opening the doors of two of its emblematic properties in the Berry: the Hôtel de Panette, in the heart of Bourges, and Château du Sollier, in Le Subdray.
Two houses, two stories and two different ways to discover how Panette Collection restores historic places and brings them to life today.
In the heart of Bourges’ historic centre, the Hôtel de Panette is exceptionally opening its doors for two guided tours.
An opportunity to discover the history of this historic private mansion, the people who have lived here over the centuries, its architecture, and the restoration work carried out over the years to preserve the character of the house.
During the tour, Bruno Lageline, owner of the property, will also share anecdotes and insights into the many lives of the Hôtel de Panette, and how this remarkable heritage property continues to welcome guests and visitors today.

Just a few minutes from Bourges, Château du Sollier will open part of its estate to the public throughout the weekend.
Visitors will be free to explore the park, the inner courtyard and the chapel at their own pace.
A walk through the estate offers a chance to discover more about the history of Le Sollier, how it has evolved over time, and the restoration work undertaken to bring this Berry château back to life.
Members of the team will also be on hand to welcome visitors, answer questions and share a few stories about the estate and its history.

Throughout the weekend, Les Cuisines du Sollier will welcome visitors wishing to linger a little longer over a drink, an afternoon treat or a selection of savoury bites.
This will mark the beginning of a new rhythm for the restaurant, which will now open for Sunday lunch once a month.
Through the Hôtel de Panette and Château du Sollier, Panette Collection is guided by the same conviction: preserving a historic place also means allowing it to continue to live.
Restoring a house is about safeguarding its architecture and its history, while also giving it the opportunity to welcome new uses, new visitors and new stories.
The European Heritage Days offer a rare opportunity to step inside these two places and discover them from a different perspective.
